SwiftPOS Back Office Software

SwiftPOS Back Office Management software is designed to manage larger venues or multiple venues running a range of POS terminals. With the accessibility to broadband networks, many customers centralise their data management systems with secure remote access to selected information via Web Reports or online access to the Head Office database.

The SwiftPOS suite of Software Modules manages the back-office functions and links the Point of Sale Terminals to create a total POS solution. The Software provides comprehensive management of inventory, clerks, accounts, membership, loyalty, and financial control of the venue. With integration into security cameras, it can help detect problems such as theft and wastage before they get out of hand. You know precisely what your Inventory-on-hand is, up until the last sale, with the real-time processing of sales transactions.

SwiftPOS has been written using the latest Microsoft .NET development environment for ease of deployment and uses the Microsoft SQL Server platform for maximum reliability and performance. There is no limit to the amount of data intelligence stored in your SQL database for future analysis. Accessing your data via the Internet or a private network feels as fast as if you were in the same office as the primary SQL Data Server.

Using the features available in the SwiftPOS Membership/Accounts & Loyalty software that are fully integrated with the POS Terminals, there is no double handling of transactions with account balances and customer loyalty points available across all Venues.
